Newlands House One, Bradford

The clinic is located within Newlands House One on the Inspire Bradford Business Park, which is situated behind Eccleshill Community Hospital. The building has disabled access throughout, and free car parking spaces are available on-site. Once you enter reception, there should be someone on the desk who will welcome you and our clinic rooms are on the first floor (disabled lift available for use, as required). There is a waiting area downstairs (where refreshments are available to purchase) and upstairs also, and your therapist will come to collect you, as agreed, at your appointment time.

From Rawdon/Apperley Bridge/Greengates direction:
Follow the A658 towards Bradford, past Sainsbury’s and Eccleshill Swimming Baths, until you reach Holybrook Primary School on your left-hand side. Immediately after the school, you will see the entrance (on your left) to the Business Park and Eccleshill Community Hospital site.

Take the turning on your left (into Park Road) and follow the road past the entrance to the Hospital (the first turning on your right), where you will then pick up signs to the Inspire Business Park (on your left). Continue down towards the park and you will soon reach a further turning on your right, which splits into two: the immediate turning is the one to the Business Park, the other fork takes you into the park itself.

Continue through the security gate, past some buildings on your right, and follow the road round until you reach the main car park. There are some more buildings on your left-hand side, and the main building in front of you is Newlands House One. You will see signage for Reception and the Tadpoles Nursery on either side of the main entrance door.

From Bradford City Centre direction:
Take the A658 towards Greengates/Apperley Bridge. Cross the roundabout at St Luke’s Church/Vets for Pets/the Co-op and continue along the A658 past Lidl/Starbucks (on your right-hand side) until you reach the Business Park and Eccleshill Community Hospital site, also on your right-hand side. The entrance to the site is immediately after the open space.
